I used to do most of my workouts from my basement. And while I now incorporate running and hot yoga classes into my routine, I still love a good home-based sweat. Below you’ll find my favorite YouTube (aka free!) workout that are guaranteed to make you feel it for days.

30-Minute Fat-Burning Pilates Workout

Whenever I need to breakup my workout game, I look to PopSugar’s video with trainer Kit Rich. I promise you’ve never done anything quite like this cardio/plank round. Give it a try, and you’ll thank me later.

I have to hand it to PopSugar…their workouts are kind of the best. These vids featuring BurnSF founder Lisa Corsello are amazing for getting your cardio, strength, and stretch in. You’ll be sore the next day, trust me.
