What I Read This Week

So here we are: Labor Day weekend. Although there’s a few more weeks until autumn sets in, this weekend marks the unofficial end to the summer season. I’m sad to see this summer go, as it was definitely one of the best yet. I got to travel, play tennis, and soak up lots of “me” time, which, in my book, spells out a pretty amazing three months. It’s weird to think that next summer will be the last summer of my high school career…time really does fly!

Anyways, I wish you all a wonderful last hoorah! Be sure to check back in next week for some fun new content.

I was super-inspired by the story of Jeanne Lanvin, the female designer behind world’s oldest surviving fashion house.

I can’t wait to read The View from the Back Row after reading this interview with the author.

I’m psyched about the upcoming Derek Lam x Athleta collection.

Vogue.com offered some insight into fashion’s new obsession with the nineties.

I adore Daisy Chaussée’s Instagram…and her adorable interview with Urban Outfitters.

I’m currently devouring Sara Nović’s debut novel Girl at War. Her piece describing her experience as a deaf novelist was just as compelling.
