What I Read This Week

It’s been awhile since we’ve seen a ‘What I Read This Week‘, but it’s never too late to revisit a good thing. The Internet was pretty on point this week, but I managed to narrow this week’s round up down to what I think are the best of the best. Happy clicking!

As you can see from above, I’ve in an ice cream kind o’ mood. Thankfully the Man Repeller just published a guide to New York City’s best scoops.

From the announcement that he’s leaving Balenciaga to continued questions about the future of his eponymous brand, the name Alexander Wang was everywhere this week. Take a peak at the source of the madness with WSJ Magazine’s fun day-in-the-life profile of the designer.

I’ve never been huge into DIY…until I saw these ombré utensils. Sign. Me. Up.

New York’s young designers are on a roll this week: Mr. Wang’s close friend Joseph Altuzarra got chatty about his new handbags with Barney’s New York.

Did someone say “closet envy”? Leave it to Julia Von Boehm, one-time assistant to Carine Roitfeld, to own some of the most covet-worthy pieces on the Internet.
