I don’t know about the rest of you, but this winter weather has left me wanting to do nothing by eat, eat, eat (and eat…and eat). Luckily for me however, my latest food obsession is on the decidedly healthier side: salmon. I tried it for the first time in years a couple weeks ago, and I’ve been hooked ever since. And while my parents’ recipes are certainly delicious, I’m looking forward to experimenting with a few new ideas. Namely, the five recipes linked below:
