As I’ve mentioned in previous blog posts, one of my goals for this year was to really commit to exercising. And, I’m happy to report, so far I’ve been really staying true to this promise. Because I am so busy and fitting in time to run out to a class or the gym is not easy, I’ve come to rely heavily on YouTube workouts. You would be surprised how many amazing health/fitness YouTubers there are out there! A post talking about my absolute favorite channels is coming soon, but, for now, here are the links to some of the videos that I’ve had on constant replay the past few weeks.
If you love the results of a HIIT (high intensity interval training) workout, but are a little short on time, this fun set from the girls over at Tone It Up is for you.
Love a good yoga session but looking to up the intensity a bit? Look no further than this full-body yoga workout from PopSugar Fitness using light weights. Seriously…feel. the. burn.
If you’re looking to give Pilates a try (which, by the way, you totally should), but are feeling a little intimidated, this beginners’ routine from Blogilates will have you acing the basics in now time.
Okay, more Pilates. If you’re looking to really connect with your body and learn about how to target certain areas while at the same avoiding over-extending yourself, Robin Long from the The Balanced Life has a great series of videos that will make all your dreams come true.
Have you guys caught the YouTube-workout bug yet? If so, be sure to let me know which channels are your go-tos. Also…would you like to see more personal fitness/workout-related posts in the future? Leave your comments below!
