5 Delicious Recipes to Keep You Cozy This Winter

via

Despite the fact that the supposed “Snowmeggadon“covered my neighborhood with just barely a foot of snow, the temperatures have been pretty nasty of late. And even though I’d take wind chill over blistering humidity any day, I’m still looking for any and every opportunity to warm myself up a bit. So, with that, below I’ve included the links to five recipes that are sure to be delightful, no matter frightful the weather outside may be. (See what I did there…;)).

1 // I don’t know what’s more intriguing…the fact that this hot chocolate recipe is vegan or that it’s made from superfoods.

2 // …Or, keep it classic (and decidedly non-vegan) with this mouthwatering roasted tomato soup.

3 // Nothing says “at home by the fire” quite like a roasted chicken, now does it?

4 // A fresh, piping-hot frittata? Sounds like the perfect winter morning to me.

5 // And, when all else fails, remember that there is always a decadent (but not really!) spaghetti squash recipe that’ll hit just the right spot.

How are you keeping warm this winter?

xx
