Currently Coveting: Leopard Print Flats

Although autumn normally sends me lusting after one pair of boots or another, this season I find myself craving another style altogether: leopard print flats.

Leopard is by far my favorite print, and I am always looking for ways to incorporate it into my day-to-day wardrobe. A cute pair of flats offers the perfect little touch of feline glam to any outfit, be it dressing up black leggings and a t-shirt while doing errands or making a street style statement with a black striped dress. I have yet find the perfect pair (they’re out there…I know they are!), but below are a few of my three top picks so far:

::one:: Sam Edelman ‘Kalinda’. You all know about my love affair with all things Sam Edelman. These flats are the perfect example as to why I adore his shoes: they’re versatile and classic, yet updated with a chunky smoking slipper shape that keeps them looking fresh.

::two:: Land’s End Venetian Flat Shoe. For those of you going for the French-girl-off duty look, these are definitely the ones for you. The dainty shape lends a sophisticated air, while the print, of course, makes it suitable for any age.

::three:: J.Crew Collection ‘Harper’ Calf Hair Flats. Jenna Lyons did say that leopard was a neutral, so it only makes sense that J.Crew would offer up the perfect leopard print flat. This is a pricier alternative to the Land’s End pair seen above, but are so pretty you just might need to splurge.

What is your favorite shoe this season? Are you feeling combat boots, Nikes, or something else altogether? Be sure to let me know below!

xx
